I’m new to Digital Planning. How do I get started?
I would suggest (because it is all I ever used) an iPad, download GoodNotes 5 from the App Store and a compatible stylus (ex: Apple Pencil)
Or
An Android tablet, download Xodo (I’ve heard good things about it but I haven’t personally used it) from the Google Play Store and a compatible stylus.

How do I access the files I’ve purchased?
Your files will be sent in a zipped file to your email with a download link.
How do I unzip my file?
Why can't I click on the links/tabs in the planner?
In GoodNotes, in order for the tabs to be 'clickable' you must have the 'read only' button selected. It looks like a pencil with a line through it.
Why am I getting an error message when I follow the directions on the video? What should I do?
1. Update Goodnotes 5 through app store
2. Update your iPad
3. Restart your iPad
4. Follow video steps all over again
Can I buy the planners and offer them to others or resell them?
No, you can't. All the planners sold are only for personal use.
What is the shipping, return, and refund policy?
You will not receive a physical product. All the Products on this website are digital files and available for download from your email once payment is confirmed. My digital planner is lagging or loading pages slowly. What can I do?
All AdultYay digital planners are created lag free. You should not experience a digital planner that lags, loads slowly, or has blank pages if you purchase from AdultYay. However, if you own multiple digital planners or house multiple files within your desired app, this can run down the program, causing files to open slower and perform at half its rate.
Oftentimes, the note-taking or annotation app that you are using may need an update or a support ticket should be sent to the development team.
Adding a ton of stickers to your digital planner or any one page within the planner will increase loading times and lag regardless if the planner was created lag-free. Please be mindful of the amount of stickers you include in your digital planner(s).
